The Developer

The Development Team is headed by Diversified Real Estate Concepts, Inc., under the creative leadership of its President, Michael Scott Peterson. Over the past 15 years, he has completed many of the midwest’s most acclaimed residential, resort and commercial developments – including more than 1200 condominiums in award-winning communities.

Michael Scott Peterson is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Real Estate Appraisal & Investment Analysis under the direction of the late Professor James Graaskamp. He also served as an Instructor at Madison Business College, teaching courses in Business Law, Real Estate Law, and Management Principles.

The General Contractor

Residential Constructors LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. focused on the construction of high-rise condominium projects. Founded as a family business in 1864, McCarthy is one of the oldest and largest privately held construction firms in the nation. Now 100 percent employee owned, the firm has been building in the Las Vegas marketplace for more than 20 years. Among others, recent residential projects for the firm around the nation include:
